Every day there is at least one attack on a local government unit in Poland.
Research shows that 75 per cent of attacks start with a phishing email and 90 per cent of attacks would fail if the employee was aware of the risks and knew how to behave and what to look out for when working online. Therefore, a key element in strengthening resilience against cyber attacks is training of officials and managers of the JST.
